Collection: Purdey Position Finders

Position finders are used at the start of the day. The position finder, whether it be a leather wallet with numbered pegs, or an elaborate display of shot glasses, determines which peg each gun will start the first drive at. Each gun will choose a peg/glass and on it will be the number that represents the peg. From there depending on the etiquette of the shoot, guns will move down one or two pegs at the start of each drive to create an even and fair day of shooting for all involved.
