New for this season are the Stafford Cape and Cromwell Coat, both lightweight, waterproof and packable, alongside the Over Trousers and our new Tech Baseball Cap for complete protection.

The jewel in our Performance Range is the iconic Vatersay Cape. Constructed from Sympatex® fabrication - an impenetrable three-layer membrane that is waterproof, windproof and breathable - it's an outdoor essential.

It features a drawstring waist, a detachable hood that can be packed away, two-way side zips for convenient access to your trousers beneath, large bellowed cartridge pockets and hand warmer pockets with retainer straps. Its full length covers your entire body, sitting over the top of a pair of wellington boots, and double storm flaps maximise the protection. 

The cape is named after the southernmost inhabited island in the Outer Hebrides, known to be the windiest place in the UK, underlining its ability to withstand extreme conditions. 

Our Performance Field Coats are central to the range constructed using technical fabrications such as a Scottish tweed in a three-layer waterproof construction exclusive to Purdey and Sympatex two-layer waterproof and highly breathable fabrications.

Our lightweight jackets are a great everyday option. The Gloucestershire and Herefordshire are great for inclement weather and an easy option for wearing around town while the Merino option is naturally breathable and excellent at climate control when worn.

Our luxury Merino Fleece is a great option for layering especially when worn as a mid-layer when temperatures drop or as an outerwear garment. It is naturally breathable and excellent at climate control.

Made from Merino wool, the Field Shirts and Tech Pique Polo are soft, breathable and comfortable, while the Jameson Gilet is made from a blend of cationic dyeable polyester and recycled polyester for lightweight comfort.

Our Performance Collection has you covered from top to bottom including trousers and shooting breeks. The Twill chino and trouser are built for comfort while the tweed breeks and trousers are a hardwearing traditional essential.
