This one of a kind wood stick comes with a beautifully crafted wood travel case which has been made specifically for this stick. Hand made in Northern Ireland the main body is made from oak with the lid in marquetry from American Black Walnut and Sycamore. It has solid brass quadrant hinges. It has embedded magnets hidden under Bog Oak to hold the lid in place. Internally it is lined in faux suede and has internal dividers for the parts of the stick.
The head is carved from a spaltered Apple branch and has slight colouring with wood stain and dye. The shank is formed from a Blackthorn branch. The stick has a gunstock oil finish that enhances the look and also protects the wood from the elements.
