The Vigo sweater, a lightweight, round-neck design, showcases an all-over two-tone Fair Isle effect with game bird patterns, drawing upon the rich heritage of Fair Isle knitting. This distinctive technique, originating in the Shetland archipelago, is known for its multi-colour patterns and geometric or nature-inspired motifs, gaining widespread popularity after the Prince of Wales wore it in 1921.
