A Lycra storm cuff, instead of a buckle, creates a smooth and seamless fit when worn with long socks and provides a greater level of comfort as well as a weatherproof seal. The design is finished with six belt loops, side pockets, buttoned rear pockets and a zip fly with double hook closure.
